Advise your clients and partners to help them position, plan, develop, execute and monitor projects and major initiatives under your responsibility.
Develop and implement strategies and action plans based on strategic directions and procurement business positions.
Analyze needs, identify and analyze issues, address significant issues, diagnose issues and make recommendations to decision-making bodies.
Develop and update policies, standards, models and programs to support your unit’s strategic projects and initiatives.
Develop, implement and monitor solutions, processes, strategic improvements and long-term cost optimization approaches. Develop indicators and monitoring approaches for supplier performance.
Represent your unit before decision-making bodies.

What You Bring To The Table
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
A minimum of six years of relevant strategic procurement experience.
Experience in IT.
Knowledge of French is required.
Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.
