Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and serve and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, rapid-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the face of Cintas and build rapport with key decision makers

Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns

Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services





Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely

Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

Skills & Qualifications

Valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license for a vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.

Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position

High School diploma, GED, or military service

Strong customer service orientation

Self‑motivation and teamwork perseverance

Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit
