Lead and inspire in a registered nurse clinical mentor role within long-term care. This position offers an exciting prospect to utilize your nursing skills for mentorship.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN), you will guide your colleagues in delivering top-notch resident care. Your clinical experience will be critical in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care. Collaborating with a dedicated interdisciplinary team, you will help implement strategies that focus on individual resident needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments of resident care
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary staff
• Provide mentorship and nurse training
• Maintain a focus on resident and family-centered care
• Uphold nursing practice standards set by BCCNM

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of recent experience in long-term care
• Valid registration with BCCNM
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Familiarity with nursing sciences and ethics
• Adaptable to various shift schedules
