Overview We are seeking a Hedge Trimming Foreman for our growing company. This is a crew leader role focused on high-end residential pruning and trimming. Not for cutting down large trees or tree removal.
Responsibilities Lead and supervise a trimming/landscaping crew on residential hedges and manicured landscapes.
Ensure high quality workmanship and safety compliance.
Plan daily tasks, assign roles, monitor progress, and maintain the schedule (Mon-Thu 7am-5pm).
Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional gardening, planting, and related services.
Support training and mentoring of crew members.
Qualifications Experience in landscaping or pruning; ability to learn quickly and follow directions.
A driver's license and comfort driving pickup trucks (not mandatory but preferred).
Reliability, time management, robust work ethic, positive can-do attitude.
Integrity, confident but humble,



team player with a willingness to work hard.
Availability for year-round, full-time employment if desired.
