Become a Buildings Electrical Engineer in Halifax, responsible for electrical design and project management for new construction. Collaborate within a team to create effective and sustainable energy solutions.

In this role, you will engage in the design and implementation of electrical systems across various projects while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Your experience will be essential in managing projects from contract documentation to completion. Effectively coordinate with architects and engineers to meet client specifications and enhance project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design electrical systems for commercial and institutional buildings
• Oversee project budgets and timelines consistently




• Participate in energy efficiency and renewable energy studies
• Prepare technical RFQ documents and manage bid reviews
• Conduct field reviews and administer construction activities

Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering required
• Must be a registered Professional Engineer in Canada
• Minimum eight years’ experience in electrical design
• Experience with Revit and ElumTools is a plus
• Robust communication skills are essential
