In this critical role, you will report directly to the Senior Vice President of HR and focus on standardizing recruitment processes in alignment with Wesdome's corporate goals. Your responsibilities will include managing all phases of corporate recruitment while enhancing candidate experience and employer branding initiatives. This position combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, making a significant impact on the overall recruitment strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Standardize recruitment frameworks across Kiena, Eagle River, and Corporate
• Manage all aspects of corporate recruitment, from intake to onboarding
• Develop a unified employer branding strategy
• Enhance recruitment visibility and reporting practices
• Collaborate on recruitment-related materials and content
Requirements:
• Must be bilingual in English and French
• 8-10 years in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Familiarity with ATS systems is required
• Experience in the mining sector is a plus
