About the Role
You’ll play a hands-on, highly trusted role supporting Technology & Global Security as they advance technology, strengthen ways of working, and deliver meaningful change across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who brings executive-level organization, sound judgment, and discretion; someone who is energized by technology evolution, enjoys connecting people and processes, and can help turn priorities into practical action.

As Executive Assistant supporting the VP, IT Services & Operations, you’ll contribute to the daily momentum of a agile technology environment; helping manage priorities, coordinate executive schedules and meetings, prepare materials, support change management activities, and keep key stakeholders aligned as new tools, systems, and processes are introduced.

Support technology evolution: Help IT teams move initiatives forward by coordinating executive priorities, tracking progress, managing follow-ups, and enabling smooth adoption of new tools and processes

Champion change: Contribute to change management activities by preparing communications, supporting stakeholder engagement, and helping teams understand what is changing and why

Be a trusted connector: Build strong relationships across IT and the broader business, helping translate needs,



coordinate action, protect confidential information, and keep information flowing

Work close to the action: Bring curiosity, sound judgment, strong attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to a role that supports executive effectiveness, technology delivery, continuous improvement, and operational readiness

What You Get to Do

Support IT leaders and teams by helping coordinate priorities, meetings, decisions, and follow-up actions that keep technology work moving forward

Prepare agendas, materials, briefings, and updates that help teams stay aligned on initiatives, risks, milestones, and next steps

Support change management activities for new tools, systems, and process improvements, including stakeholder updates, readiness materials, and adoption support

Draft and refine clear communications that help teams understand what is changing, why it matters, and how to engage with current ways of working

Maintain organized project and communication materials while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and appropriate version control

Contribute hands-on to IT initiatives by tracking deliverables, surfacing dependencies, coordinating inputs, and helping remove barriers to progress

Use technology tools and platforms to improve how information is organized, shared, and acted on across the team

Research, compile, and synthesize information to support technology planning, decision-making, and operational readiness

Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflows, and strengthen team effectiveness as technology and business needs evolve





Build trusted relationships across IT, business teams, vendors, and partners to support collaboration and timely follow-through

Act as a practical connector between people, priorities, and technology-enabled change while representing the team with professionalism and sound judgment

What You Bring

Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

7+ years of progressively responsible administrative experience, including 3+ years supporting senior or executive leadership

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat

High level of professionalism and integrity when handling sensitive or confidential matters

Genuine interest in technology and curiosity about how IT tools, systems, and processes support business operations

Sound critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented approach

Demonstrated ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and exercise good judgment

Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

Strong written and verbal communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail

Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to collaborate and build relationships across all levels

Willingness to travel, though minimal

Experience with MS Copilot and/or Google Gemini are strong assets
