Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Plumber at High Point, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for delivering outstanding plumbing services to our valued customers. Your key duties will include:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and appliances.

Diagnose plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and faulty components, and perform accurate troubleshooting to identify and implement effective solutions.

Assemble and install recent plumbing systems according to specifications, codes, and safety standards.

Collaborate with customers to assess their plumbing needs, provide expert advice, and offer suitable options for system upgrades or replacements.

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure plumbing systems function optimally and prevent potential problems.

Adhere to local plumbing regulations and safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Utilize various plumbing tools and equipment proficiently to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

Communicate effectively with customers to explain the scope of work, provide cost estimates, and answer any questions or concerns.

Keep detailed records of service calls, including work performed, parts used, and time spent,



for accurate documentation and invoicing purposes.

Stay updated with the latest plumbing technologies, materials, and industry trends to enhance your technical knowledge and skills.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Plumbing Expertise: Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance

Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances, as well as an understanding of plumbing codes and regulations.

Problem‑Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities to diagnose plumbing issues accurately and propose effective solutions.
