Job Description WSP Canada is hiring a Project/Office Administrator to join our Power Delivery team within ERI. Based in our downtown Toronto office at 2 Bloor Street East, this in‑office role is ideal for someone whose coordination and organizational strengths help keep office operations and project objectives running smoothly. You will serve as a central point of contact for office administration while supporting a range of project and team deliverables.
Your Impact Enable project success by maintaining trackers, dashboards, and status reports that keep teams aligned and informed.
Support project delivery through high‑quality document preparation, formatting, and proofreading to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Drive team efficiency by coordinating meetings, developing agendas, capturing minutes, and tracking action items to completion.
Strengthen information management by maintaining SharePoint sites with accurate document organization, version control, and stakeholder access.
Enhance workplace experience through day‑to‑day office administration, including reception support, meeting coordination, and office logistics.
Facilitate seamless operations by coordinating travel, managing expense reconciliation, and maintaining administrative records and systems.
Support onboarding activities to ensure new hires are equipped with workspace, tools, and access from day one.
The Skills That Set You Apart College diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Administration, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, project coordination, or a project‑driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote).
Robust organizational and time‑management skills,



with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high‑quality outputs.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
Proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently or within a team.
Experience with document control, SharePoint, and project tools (e.g., MS Project, Visio, ProjectWise); exposure to invoicing or expense reconciliation is an asset.

Compensation $26.60 – $37.10 per hour.
