Bethesda Community Services is looking for a Full time Contract Social Worker or Psychotherapist for a ten-month role. Based in Hamilton, you will travel throughout Niagara, Hamilton, Brant, Haldimand, and Norfolk. This position involves providing holistic care and therapy for individuals facing complex mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and set treatment goals independently
• Provide various therapy modalities to clients with mental health concerns
• Facilitate clinical intake assessments for individualized treatment plans




• Collaborate with community partners and interdisciplinary teams
• Develop and facilitate training for staff and partners
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field
• Registered as a Psychotherapist or Social Worker in Ontario
• Experience in psychotherapy with diverse patient needs
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities and treatment planning
• Valid Driver’s License and communication skills
