You’ll oversee teams managing the Data Intelligence Hub, ensuring they meet organizational data governance and operational objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in developing Microsoft Fabric capabilities and fostering a high-performance team workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage team accountability and set performance standards
• Facilitate recruitment and training initiatives for staff development
• Coordinate workload based on priorities and capacity




• Provide coaching and documentation practices guidance
• Ensure support for operational programming and incident responses

Requirements:
• 10+ years of relevant management experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area; Master’s is an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Fabric; Informatica experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with healthcare systems is a plus
