Arterra Wines Canada is seeking a Senior Sales Manager, Retail to lead the commercial and operational performance of Ontario’s large multi-unit retail network. You will own the divisional P&L;, set strategy, and drive annual sales, margins and EBITDA through disciplined execution.
You will coach and develop District Sales Managers across 150+ locations, partnering with Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to maximize growth while ensuring responsible retailing and compliance.
