Reporting directly to the Mine Manager, you will oversee mine operations, focusing on drilling, blasting, and hauling through a team of supervisors. This senior position plays a crucial role during a significant expansion, enhancing our autonomous haulage fleet for increased production capacity. Your leadership will foster a culture rooted in safety, accountability, and continuous improvement while collaborating with planning and maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Champion safety leadership across all mining operations
• Ensure alignment of mine planning with operational execution




• Optimize productivity and effectiveness through monitoring metrics
• Develop annual operating plans and budgets

Requirements:
• 10 to 15 years of progressive open pit mining experience
• Proven leadership managing large teams
• Strong knowledge of mining operations and regulations
