Due to continued growth and expansion, we are recruiting for Site Supervisors to join our growing team within the Panel/Cladding division. Ideally, this person is an energetic, forward-thinking individual with experience working within the construction industry, specifically related to building envelope estimating for façade panels and cladding scopes.

What will you work on?

- Overseeing architectural cladding projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution




- Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or delays promptly
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implement best practices on construction sites
- Working closely with project managers, field operations managers, and foremen
- Reading and interpreting blueprints
- Adhering to site-specific schedules and scheduling requirements

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as an Architectural Cladding Supervisor or a similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of architectural cladding processes, materials, and construction techniques (e.g., ACM, cladding, membrane, flashing, Longboard, or similar)
- Solid leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage 4–5 foremen concurrently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with relevant construction software and tools
- OSHA certification is a plus

Who are we looking for?

- Someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience with the commercial facades or envelope systems
