This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a new leadership role with a strong focus on business development, project management, and team leadership.The successful candidate will be a progressive, collaborative and energetic professional engineer with at least 10 years of consulting experience, with a strong background in municipal infrastructure projects.The variety of work available provides an prospect to advance your skills and practical experience in a collaborative environment. We are an employee-owned company with over 200 staff, including over 70 shareholders.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentIdentify and pursue project opportunities in both existing and emerging marketsBuild and maintain strong client relationships to generate new businessLead proposal development, including work plans, budgets, and schedulesProject ManagementManage multiple municipal infrastructure projects from inception to completionEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standardsCoordinate with clients, stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and internal teamsMentor,
