Senior Project Manager to manage multiple concurrent infrastructure projects including network, server and cyber security upgrades.

Our Calgary-based midstream client is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to manage multiple concurrent infrastructure projects supporting field operations and enterprise IT. This is a hands-on delivery role where you'll work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to deliver infrastructure initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

5 days per week onsite (Downtown Calgary)

Contract: 6 months to start with possibility of extenion

Hours: Part time over the summer, transitioning to full-time in late September

Must have:

- 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering IT infrastructure projects supporting field operations .
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience delivering a variety ofnetwork, server, cybersecurity, physical security and end-user technology projects.
- Experience managing external vendors from RFP through implementation.
- Strong stakeholder management experience working with both business and technical teams.

Nice to have:

- Midstream, pipeline, or broader energy industry experience.
- PMP

Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of concurrent infrastructure projects from initiation through implementation.
- Partner with business and operations stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify scope, and identify solution gaps throughout project delivery.
- Coordinate internal technical teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage vendor engagements from RFP and SOW development through implementation and transition to operations.
- Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple active initiatives.
- Coordinate shared technical resources across multiple projects and adjust priorities as business needs evolve.




- Prepare project reporting and provide regular updates to business and IT leadership.
- Ensure completed solutions are successfully transitioned into operational support.
