The Role

As a Senior Estimator, you'll lead the preparation of competitive estimates for complex construction projects, working closely with operations, consultants, trades, and clients throughout the preconstruction process.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare conceptual, design-development, and tender estimates
- Complete quantity take-offs and cost analyses
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Participate in value engineering and risk assessments
- Support proposal submissions and project pursuits




- Mentor junior estimating team members

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of estimating experience with a general contractor
- Experience pricing commercial, multifamily, or mixed-use projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, costs, and procurement
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
