The role involves leading daily store operations and driving sales and customer engagement.ResponsibilitiesLead daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.Drive customer acquisition through in‑store engagement, community outreach, and promotional initiatives.Drive store performance to achieve sales targets and operational goals.Manage, coach, and develop team members to ensure high performance and a positive work environment.Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming setting for both customers and team members.Support scheduling, labor management, and adherence to company policies.Qualifications2‑3 years of experience in retail or food/beverage management (preferred).Experience managing inventory and balancing quality and cost effectively.Highly accountable and well‑organized,
