In this crucial role, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, forecasting supply and demand, and preparing, maintaining, and distributing daily commodity marketing pricing reports. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to play a pivotal role in our NGL marketing operations. What you’ll do: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the NGL markets, including propane and butane.



Develop accurate supply and demand forecasts for NGLs by analyzing production data, storage levels, import/export figures, and other relevant factors. Collaborate with the commercial team to develop pricing strategies, and optimize the distribution of NGL price offerings. Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate potential deals, assess profitability, and support decision-making processes. Monitor and analyze competitors' pricing and sales activities, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to identify potential impacts on our business. Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management, highlighting key findings and actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, sales, supply, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and efficient operations. What you bring: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the energy industry, with a strong focus on Midstream Analytics, NGL marketing, trading, or related areas. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and forecasting techniques. Strong understanding of NGL markets, pricing mechanisms, and industry dynamics.



Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Power BI, and experience with SQL, Azure, Databricks, Python, as well as experience with advanced modelling, and working with large datasets is preferred. Experience with RightAngle, or other ETRM systems preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges. Familiarity with supply chain optimization and logistics management would be considered an asset. Salary: $80,221 - $100,276 annually (based on skills, experience, qualifications, and geography).
