Responsibilities

In the role, you will be responsible for Quality Assurance regarding Data Front's financial reporting documents. You will focus on error free document production, and you will work with the development team to ensure that all production documents are delivered to clients error-free and on-time.

You will be responsible for ensuring all products and services are delivered error free and on time. This position will require a very careful review of financial reports, both print and web, to ensure data is correct and applications are running error free. The ability to review data and documents in close detail is a must. You will also interact with clients to document requirements and to relate those requirements to Data Front's data and development team.

- Conduct Quality Assurance on monthly fact sheets and other reporting documents generated by our internal software.
- Produce reporting documents using our internal software and help the client with any technical issues on the application.




- Provide client support on a daily basis by performing analysis on client requests, data files, and project requirements.
- Prioritize the tasks by assigning and managing client tickets in the internal support system.
- Assist in developing long-term projects, new businesses and procedures

Qualifications

You have excellent communication skills and you can produce very high quality results to tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

You are an Ideal Candidate if you Possess the Following Skillsets:

- Highly detailed-oriented with experience in Quality Assurance and fact checking on data and reports.
- Time-management and multi-tasking skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of financial concepts especially as related to mutual funds
- ABachelor's Degree
