Recent initiatives have focused on leveraging GenAI and other emerging technologies to enhance practitioner efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.You will play a key role in supporting innovation initiatives being driven across the business by:Designing conversational AI solutions to automate business workflows and improve user experience amongst our SR&T PractitionersBuilding wireframes and prototypes to visualize solution concepts and user journeys, and contributing to high‑level solution design decks and presentationsDeveloping user stories and detailed business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure requirements are understood and deliveredDefining scope boundaries for solution features and releases, and tracking feature enhancements and bug fixesLeading and documenting testing activities, including writing test cases, tracking bugs, and validating enhancementsCreating documentation for asset approvals, including architecture design, business continuity, and disaster recovery plansAbout the teamThe SR&T Innovation COE team empowers the Strategy, Risk & Transactions business to achieve sustainable profitable and market‑leading growth by harnessing the potential of emerging technologies (including GenAI), design‑driven innovation approaches, and multidisciplinary talent.
