Our client is a growing Food/Bev Manufacturing and Distribution Company who’s looking to hire a talented Regional Director. This is an ON-SITE role that can be located in either Montreal or Toronto. This is a fun, secure, and healthy company that has a family/team-centered culture.

Regional Director:

- Must have strong experience in Sales Management in Wholesale Food/Bev
- Must be bilingual in French/English
- Must have a minimum 7+ years of experience in food/bev manufacturing or distribution
- Will be managing 5 distribution centers and will cover sales, operations (warehouse and fleet), and administration in 40-50K square foot facilities
- Experience managing multiple sites is preferable
- Manages all branch activities in conjunction with GM’s, and will have full P&L; responsibility




- Must be comfortable traveling up to 30% of the time
- Salary likely $150k-$170k CAD + 30% bonus, car allowance, benefits, PTO
