Increase usage of Power Platform globally including Copilot Studio AI Agent adoption requires additional expertise.Location & Work arrangementOffice location:Montreal - QC or Waterloo - ON or Toronto - ON or Halifax - Canada or Boston - USAWork arrangement:Hybrid (3 days from Office, 2 days from Home); Remote working option is not available.Position ResponsibilitiesPlatform Reliability Management & Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve issues related to app performance, data integration, and automation failures.Address issue and engage with users to provide Tier 2/3 support for Power Platform applications and flows.Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issuesPlatform Maintenance: Monitor platform health, usage, and performance metrics.Manage environment configurations, security roles, and data policies.Perform routine audits and ensure compliance with governance standards.Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain support documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.Conduct training sessions and create user guides for business users.Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to support ongoing enhancements.Identify opportunities to streamline support processes and improve user experience.Required QualificationsAt least 5 years IT industry experienceMust have 2+ years of industry experience supporting Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).Strong understanding of Dataverse, connectors,
