SLB New Energy & Industrial (NEI) is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Project Administrator to coordinate site logistics, travel, and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of the project site office. The Project Administrator plays a key role in organizing site rotations, managing travel arrangements, supporting onboarding of new personnel, coordinating meetings, and maintaining a productive work environment. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and responsiveness to the needs of project and construction teams in a quick‑paced, site‑based setting.
This position requires presence in the construction sites; candidates are to be open to relocating to the project site as required.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage travel schedules, rotations, and accommodation arrangements for all site personnel and visitors.
- Maintain and update site access lists, mobilization plans, and contact directories.
- Support onboarding by coordinating IT access, workspace setup, and orientation for new arrivals.
- Procure and manage office supplies, stationery, and minor services required for site operations.
- Coordinate with HR, logistics, and safety teams for mobilization and demobilization requirements.
- Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, issue minutes, and track action close‑outs.
- Track attendance, leave, and rotation schedules to support accurate workforce reporting.
- Assist with coordination of visitor logistics, meeting facilities, and general office communications.
Qualifications And Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other relevant education in project administration. Equivalent site‑based project administration experience will be considered.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in site administration or logistics coordination within large‑scale construction or industrial projects.
- Experience with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and project management tools.
- Proven ability to manage rotations, travel, and general site logistics.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a hands‑on, service‑oriented mindset.
- Experience supporting large, multidisciplinary project teams in remote or rotational environments.
- Familiarity with Data Center or mission‑critical facility projects preferred.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Training or certification in Project Administration or Coordination is preferred.
- Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in Canada, without sponsorship.
