Telecon seeks a Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner to support our team remotely, visiting the office in Carp 1–2 days per week. This full-time role emphasizes employee relations and HR problem-solving across our diverse client base.
In this pivotal position, you will draw on your expertise in labour and employee relations while effectively liaising with both French and English-speaking clients. Your skills in performance management, issue resolution, and metric reporting will be essential in partnering with business leaders. You will be a change agent fostering productivity and morale within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR performance management guidance to leaders
• Conduct investigations and facilitate employee relations




• Improve employee relationships and increase retention
• Report on key HR metrics including turnover
• Manage leave and return-to-work programs
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years HR experience in employee relations
• Experience in unionized environments is required
• Familiarity with construction or manufacturing sectors
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in energetic settings
