As the Service Implementation Manager, you play a pivotal role in the coordination and integration of health services at Foundry Centres. Your responsibilities include liaising with local leaders and stakeholders, assessing operational feasibility, and developing policies rooted in evidence-based best practices. You will ensure successful implementation from planning to evaluation, fostering collaboration and change management both independently and within teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support development and implementation of services at Foundry Centres




• Create knowledge products on best practices for implementation
• Assess service plan feasibility and site readiness
• Collaborate with leaders to track project progress
• Conduct training and support data collection implementation
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in a relevant health discipline
• 5-7 years' experience in program implementation
• Valid BC Driver's License required
• Understanding of mental health frameworks
• Familiarity with project management principles
