Civil Litigation Lawyer

Job description

Our Client is a well established and respected law firm, and they are currently seeking a civil litigation lawyer with at least 5 years of experience working with civil litigation matters in Ontario and be a member in good standing with the Ontario Law Society.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in the following types of litigation matters.

- Business and Commercial litigation
- Construction Lien matters
- Employment related disputes
- Estate Litigation
- Contract enforcement and debt collection

The successful candidate will have:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in civil / commercial litigation matters
- A pragmatic and explicit communication style with strong drafting skills




- An entrepreneurial spirit and proven success in building client relationships
- Excellent academic credentials
