The company has a strong track record delivering construction, maintenance, and shutdown services across oil & gas, mining, pulp & paper, nuclear and infrastructure sectors across Canada. This is a key leadership role for someone who can take full ownership of project execution while driving a strong safety culture and high-performing team.Key Responsibilities:Lead the project with full accountability for execution, performance, and deliveryDrive and continuously improve HSE culture across the projectLead Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and subcontractorsBuild alignment and secure buy-in from internal teams, client representatives, and stakeholdersOversee project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk managementAct as the primary point of contact with the clientMentor and develop project teams, driving accountability and performanceEnsure all work is executed in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standardsIdeal Candidate Requirements:Extensive experience in industrial construction within oil & gas, refining,
