The Director of Ground Operations will oversee multi-site operational strategies at Flair Airlines. You will work directly under the Vice President of Airport Operations, managing teams across Tier 2 and Tier 3 stations. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead ground operations across multiple international and Tier 2/3 stations
• Develop and implement performance objectives and operational strategies
• Monitor key performance indicators focused on safety and customer experience
• Foster leadership capabilities within operational teams
• Build strategic relationships with airport authorities and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management or similar
• Minimum 10 years in aviation leadership roles
