Elevate healthcare with Trillium Health Partners as an Epic Applications Advisor. This role focuses on optimizing Epic Health Information Systems to enhance clinical workflows and support users effectively.

As a temporary full time employee in the Clinical System and Informatics department, you will play a crucial role in managing Epic applications. Your expertise will ensure that clinical users and business partners can operate efficiently while leveraging latest Epic features. Collaborate with various teams to optimize performance and address technical issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement Epic applications tailored to workflows
• Analyze needs to inform Epic system configurations
• Assist in testing and deploying new Epic updates




• Troubleshoot technical issues affecting user experience
• Collaborate to develop training content for end-users

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 Epic Certification in Grand Central, Cadence or Mychart
• Two years of clinical and/or hospital information systems experience
• 1–3 years of Epic systems configuration experience
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication and conflict-resolution abilities
