Movement Search and Delivery is conducting a confidential search for a Plant Manager with a client company of ours that is a global supplier to the paper, packaging, and construction markets. This is a direct-hire position and it is based around Oshkosh, WI.
This Sr.-level position will partner with the leadership team in translating business strategy into action that drives business results for this key location.
What You Will Do: Participate as lead staff member responsible for operation and performance of entire operation
Lead multi-disciplined plant team in meeting monthly forecasts and appropriate business metric
Develop strategic manufacturing direction and planning for 1-3 year planning horizon
Direct preparation of operational budgets and coordinates capital plans, appropriation requests, and project follow up
Accountable for leading manufacturing, environment, health & safety, engineering, quality, human resources,



and finance to achieve business objectives
Manage the day-to-day activities of the manufacturing process
Analyze and implement process flow, inventory and velocity improvements
This is a high-profile position, offering an excellent prospect for continued advancement.
What You Need to Succeed: 3+ years experience as a Plant Manager
Previous P&L; responsibility
Experience with Toyota Production System and other Lean Manufacturing principles
Self-motivated and self-directed
