Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead theplanning, governance, and delivery of large-scale enterprise network securityand cybersecurity initiatives. This role is responsible for driving strategicsecurity programs, ensuring successful implementation of contemporary securityarchitectures, operational excellence, and continuous improvement acrossenterprise environments.

The successful candidate will provide leadership andoversight for multiple concurrent cybersecurity and network securityinitiatives, including Secure Service Edge (SSE), Prisma Access, Zero TrustNetwork Access (ZTNA), Web Application Firewall (WAF) implementations, firewallmodernization, network security control enhancements, cloud securityintegration, and related security transformation programs.

This role requires close collaboration with businesspartners, technology teams, cybersecurity stakeholders, architects, operationsteams, and vendors to ensure successful project execution, business adoption,operational readiness, and long-term supportability of solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise IT & Cybersecurity Leadership

Actas the senior program lead accountable for enterprise network security andsecure access portfolios.

Providestrategic leadership and governance across multiple cybersecurityinitiatives.

Driveadoption of Zero Trust and Security-by-Design principles.

Buildand maintain relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders,architects, cybersecurity teams, and vendors.

Chairgovernance forums, steering committees, and stakeholder working groups.

Provideexecutive-level reporting on program health, risks, dependencies,financials, milestones, and outcomes.

Championproject management, cybersecurity, and operational best practices.

Leadcontinuous improvement initiatives that enhance security posture,governance maturity, operational effectiveness, and service delivery.

Advanced Network Security Program Delivery

Leadend-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale network security and cybersecurityinitiatives.





Managestrategic programs including:

SecureService Edge (SSE)

ZeroTrust Network Access (ZTNA)

PrismaAccess Deployments

WebApplication Firewall (WAF) Implementations

NextGeneration Firewall Modernization

Gatherbusiness, operational, and technical requirements.

Developproject roadmaps, schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and changecontrol processes.

Coordinatedelivery activities across architecture, security engineering, cloudservices, network operations, and vendor teams.

Identifyand mitigate delivery, implementation, operational, and security risks.

Ensuresuccessful transition into operations, including documentation, knowledgetransfer, operational readiness, and service monitoring.

Driveoptimization opportunities across security technologies, processes, andservice delivery models.

Project Management & Communication

Facilitateworkshops, planning sessions, requirements gathering, risk reviews, anddecision-making forums.

Establishproject roles, responsibilities, deliverables, and performanceexpectations.

Communicatecomplex technical and project information to technical and non-technicalaudiences.

Buildconsensus among diverse stakeholder groups while balancing competingpriorities.

Managerisks, issues, conflicts, and dependencies through resolution.

Supportchange management and business readiness activities.

Deliverexecutive briefings, dashboards, presentations, and status reports.

Ensureadherence to established project management standards, governanceprocesses, and reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications

10+years of experience leading large-scale enterprise IT modernization andcybersecurity programs.

Strongexperience collaborating with business leaders, technology teams,cybersecurity stakeholders, and vendors.





Provenrecord driving organizational change and continuous improvementinitiatives.
