Join a modernization initiative supporting mission-critical applications and services within a federal policing environment. This role leads the planning, design, and execution of comprehensive testing activities across functional, integration, performance, security, and user acceptance testing for the Integrated Information Service and Digital Evidence Analysis project. The position supports high-visibility systems requiring compliance with Government of Canada standards and collaboration with development and project teams. Work may be performed remotely or at Government of Canada facilities in the National Capital Region.

Must Haves

10+ years in Quality Assurance , software testing , and test automation

Functional testing , integration testing , performance testing , and user acceptance testing

Test strategy , test plans , test cases , and automation frameworks

API testing , CI/CD , validation and verification , and interoperability testing

Nice to Have

Government of Canada standards compliance

Digital Evidence Analysis project exposure

Participation in scrum meetings and backlog grooming sessions

Responsibilities

Develop and own the overall testing strategy and approach

Create test plans, schedules, and resource allocation

Design comprehensive test cases and test scenarios
