Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect – CRM to design, implement, and govern enterprise-scale CRM solutions supporting complex business and technology initiatives for the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement.
The successful candidate will provide architecture leadership for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure cloud solutions, enterprise integrations, security architecture, data architecture, and scalable digital platforms.
This role requires deep expertise in designing enterprise CRM ecosystems, developing reusable architecture patterns, defining integration strategies, establishing governance standards, and translating business requirements into secure, scalable, and sustainable technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience architecting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, Dataverse architecture, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Azure Integration Services, API architectures, MuleSoft integrations, cloud security, and enterprise architecture deliverables.

The Senior Solution Architect – CRM Will Be Responsible For
Defining enterprise CRM solution architecture and technical direction.
Designing scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Establishing integration architecture across enterprise applications.
Developing architecture documentation, standards, and implementation roadmaps.
Ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, data governance, and business objectives.
Providing technical leadership and advisory support to business, architecture, security, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Solution Architecture & Design
Define the structure, relationships, and architecture of enterprise CRM solutions.
Design reusable components, solution patterns, interfaces, and application layers.
Develop and manage CRM solutions within large-scale distributed environments.
Analyze system interactions across multiple architecture layers.
Define technical constraints, source code considerations, and development standards.
Design interactions between:
