Opportunity Summary This is a 6-to-8-week temporary role. Main duties are assisting with a mass paper purge by scanning and electronically filing 100 boxes of files for several departments.
This role is 8 hours per day Monday to Friday. Paid parking, a laptop,



printer and scanner are provided.
Qualifications Proficient with standard office equipment, including laptops, printers and scanners.
Understanding of working in a professional office workplace.
Excellent organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills
Intermediate level of familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to show discretion with confidential / personal material
Able to work under internal deadlines and able to prioritize work
Able to lift banker boxes from Parkade through the elevator to office.
