Our client is seeking a Senior Managerto lead and manage compilation engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of accounting principles, exceptional organizational and leadership skillsand a commitment to providing accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with applicable standards. This opportunity will require an average of threedays a week in office in either the client's downtown Toronto or Oakville office.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of compilation engagements

Review and finalize working papers and financial statements prepared by staff and managers

Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to a team of accountants and junior managers





Monitor job budgets, billing, and profitability on assigned engagements

Qualifications: CPA designation required

Minimum 7-10 years of progressive public practice experience, with a strong focus on compilation engagements
Proven leadership experience managing teams and client engagements
