Nunatsiavut Government in Happy Valley-Goose Bay is seeking a permanent full-time Social Work qualified to provide intensive case management for individuals with complex needs, using Housing First principles and a multidisciplinary approach.
Responsibilities include assessment, counselling, crisis intervention, coordinating with NL Health Services and Justice, and developing individual support plans with ongoing monitoring. On-call and vehicle use will be required.
