This role supports the Building Manager by ensuring a sanitary environment by following maintenance schedules, managing cleaning supplies, and maintaining tidy outdoor spaces. Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and disinfect building facilities following established schedules
• Change garbage compactor bins and maintain exterior tidiness




• Replenish cleaning supplies and report any inventory issues
• Maintain the organization of cleaning equipment and storage areas
• Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned
