In this fixed-term position, you will explore operational workflows and root out inefficiencies across departments. Your analytical skills will be critical in applying Microsoft Copilot and developing automation through Power Automate. You will play a role in shaping a culture of continuous improvement while training staff to leverage these innovative tools effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and streamline inefficient workflows across departments
• Develop and implement Power Automate workflows
• Train staff on Microsoft Copilot usage and best practices




• Conduct operational reviews to recommend process improvements
• Track productivity gains from AI and automation solutions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• 3+ years in a data-driven workplace
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite
• Experience with machine learning and analytics
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
