The Chief Project Officer role is a senior executive position reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• 10-15 years of leadership in large-scale capital projects
• Experience managing projects over $500 million
• Knowledge of wastewater treatment is an asset
• Proven strategic judgment and ability to lead teams
