Join Crombie Properties as a Custodial Worker in Clarenville, Newfoundland. This part-time, in office role focuses on efficient maintenance and delivering excellent customer service.

Based in Random Square Mall, you will be tasked with the maintenance and service of assigned properties. Your responsibilities include snow removal, landscaping, cleaning, and overall upkeep of the mall property. A dedication to safety and effective communication with the Property Manager is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service and address tenant concerns
• Maintain indoor and outdoor areas of assigned properties
• Remove snow, ice, and ensure walkway safety




• Perform lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks
• Monitor contractors and communicate issues to supervisors

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of maintenance-related experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capability to lift between 1-50 pounds as needed
• Clear criminal record check required
