Become a vital force at TAIBU Community Health Centre as a Community Impact of Race and Culture Assessment Coordinator. This crucial role focuses on training professionals to support Black and racialized communities through comprehensive assessments.
Reporting to the Chief Operations and Transformation Officer, the Community IRCA Coordinator will manage the implementation of the Impact Race and Culture Assessments™. You will conduct training, recruitment, and logistical support to build a network of knowledgeable IRCA report writers. Your collaboration with the Delta Family Resource Centre aims to promote mentorship and community engagement, ensuring program growth and effective outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement the IRCA training program for professionals
• Support training cohorts during fiscal years
• Develop mentorship frameworks connecting IRCA writers
• Promote awareness through community engagement initiatives
• Maintain accurate records and analyze participant data
Requirements:
• Master of Social Work or related field
• 2-3 years working with Black communities
• Knowledge of Anti-Black Racism principles
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
