Introduction
Brunel is currently seeking a Trade & Pricing Analyst for a contract opportunity with a leading global pharmaceutical organization. This role will support pricing, trade, and commercial operations activities while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Business Operations.

Responsibilities
- Support pricing administration, pricing updates, and commercial program execution.
- Assist with customer agreement tracking, rebate administration, accrual monitoring, and related reporting activities.
- Build, maintain, and improve reports, dashboards, and analytical tools for internal stakeholders.
- Conduct pricing, promotion, and customer performance analysis to support business decision-making.
- Assist with product launch pricing analysis and promotional opportunity evaluations.
- Support ongoing maintenance, validation, and integrity of pricing and trade-related systems and data.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business summaries for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, processes, and commercial procedures.
- Support audit requests, documentation management, and record retention activities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations teams to support commercial initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects, process documentation, and training activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Marketing, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial operations, finance, business analytics, or a related analytical function.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build reports, perform data analysis, and support business decision-making.
- Experience working with large datasets and creating meaningful insights from data.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Experience supporting pricing, trade, rebate, revenue management, or commercial analytics functions.
- Knowledge of reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Experience supporting audit, compliance, or controlled documentation processes.
- Exposure to customer profitability, margin analysis, forecasting, or financial reporting.
- Experience working in pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer products, manufacturing, or other regulated industries is considered an asset.
