Horizon Housing is seeking a dedicated Housing Officer to join its Housing and Communities team. You will manage a variety of housing responsibilities, ensuring excellent customer experiences while addressing rent arrears, tenancy sustainment, and neighborhood management. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver customer-focused housing management services

Requirements:
• CIH Level 3 Housing qualification or willingness to obtain
