Key Responsibilities:
• Review and assess information in line with Unit protocols
• Follow up with relevant parties for necessary information
• Prepare concise summaries of initiating documents
• Draft required notifications and correspondence
• Manage case activities, including file organization and updates
Requirements:
• Two-year college program education
• 1-3 years’ experience in a regulatory setting
• Knowledge of Early Childhood Educators Act
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
