This full-time on-site role requires expertise in maintaining GMP manufacturing equipment, ensuring compliance, reliability, and safety during production. Collaborate with various teams on equipment lifecycle activities and improve operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
• Support equipment modifications and optimize production processes
• Execute equipment inspections and condition monitoring
• Document maintenance activities accurately in CMMS
Requirements:
• Journeyman Millwright or Electrician certification required
• 3-7 years maintenance experience in regulated environments preferred
• Proficiency maintaining pharmaceutical equipment is strongly preferred
• Ability to read P&IDs; and electrical schematics
• Robust problem-solving and communication skills required
