About the Role
We're looking for experienced, talented Project Managers to join our growing team. If you're a seasoned construction professional looking for diverse projects, a high-performing and supportive team, and the prospect to grow within an employee-owned organization - this role is a great fit.

We have an immediate opening for a permanent, full-time Project Manager based out of our St. Albert office.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts | Office-based with regular site presence

Your Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of complex commercial projects from inception through to closeout

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle





Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and other construction professionals to deliver on project goals

Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trade partners to ensure quality and adherence to schedule

Handle planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout - managing all project phases effectively

Identify and pursue opportunities with new and existing clients to grow the business

Align project outcomes with client expectations and company standards

Maintain a strong emphasis on safety at all stages, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations

Uphold and promote ACL's brand values and reputation in all project dealings

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Minimum CET or P.Eng. (or equivalent combination of experience and education)

Minimum 5 years of direct Project Management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role; experience in a mid-sized company is preferred

Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite

Experience managing construction crews and coordinating multi-trade projects

Experience in both public and private sector contracting is considered an asset

Federal Top Secret Security Clearance is considered an asset (not required)

Strong time management skills - you can handle competing demands without losing focus

Problem-solving mindset with sound judgment and decision-making ability

High level of client service and interpersonal professionalism

In-depth technical knowledge of: building envelope systems, pre-engineered buildings, design-build contracts, public tender and prequalification processes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to adapt and perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic project environment
