About the Role Billyard Insurance Group – Mississauga East is seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead the branch's marketing strategy and digital presence.
This position is ideal for someone who wants ownership rather than execution alone. You will be responsible for developing the vision, creating the content, representing the brand, and driving the continued growth of one of Ontario's fastest-growing insurance brokerages at the branch level.
As theContent Creator & Brand Personalikty for Mississauga East, you will work directly with leadership to build the branch's presence across digital platforms, strengthen community engagement, support recruiting initiatives, and create content that reflects our culture and expertise. This role combines strategic marketing with hands-on content creation and offers the prospect to become the recognizable face of our branch.
Key Responsibilities Lead and execute the overall marketing strategy for the Mississauga East branch.
Develop content plans that support brand awareness, recruiting, client education, and community involvement.
Plan, film, edit, and publish original content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Serve as the on-camera representative for the branch through educational, promotional, and community-focused content.
Build and maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital and print marketing materials.
Photograph and capture content during office events, team meetings, community initiatives, and client activities.
Design graphics, presentations, advertisements, and promotional materials as required.
Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and marketing opportunities to continually improve engagement and reach.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
Collaborate with leadership on initiatives supporting business development, recruitment, partnerships,



and branch growth.
Coordinate external marketing vendors and oversee project execution when required.
Maintain an organized marketing calendar and ensure consistent delivery of content across all channels.
Qualifications Minimum three years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media management, or a related marketing role.
Demonstrated ability to develop marketing strategies and execute them independently.
Strong video production and editing skills.
Experience with platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
Comfortable presenting on camera and representing a professional brand.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently.
Experience with paid digital advertising is considered an asset.
Photography, branding, or graphic design experience is an asset.
Experience within insurance or financial services is beneficial but not required.
