Security ONE Alarm Systems has been protecting homes and businesses across Southwestern Ontario for nearly 50 years. We're locally owned, locally operated, and we've built our name one client at a time. In a market like Chatham, relationships are the business. If you've spent years building trust here, you already have a head start.
We're looki ng for an experienced Account Executive who is ready to take full ownership of the Chatham territory. You'll manage and grow an existing client portfolio, generate your own new business, and be the face of Security ONE in your community. This is a role for someon e who doesn't need to be motivated, they just need to be pointed in the right direction and given great tools.
What You’ll Be Doing: Managing and growing relationships with an existing book of residential and small commercial clients in Chatham-Kent
Identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within your existing accounts
Generating new business through your personal network, proactive prospecting, referrals, and company-provided leads
Designing and presenting customized security solutions across residential and light commercial segments
Following up with every lead promptly - your clients should feel like they're your only client
Maintaining an accurate pipeline in HubSpot and staying organized in Outlook
Participating in weekly team calls for collaboration, updates, and ongoing training
Consistently hitting and exceeding sales and retention targets in a market you know well
Does This Sound Like You? You have 5+ years of field sales experience, carried a territory, built a pipeline, and closed real business




Worked in B2B or residential direct sales and know how to read a room, handle objections, and earn a signature
You're from Chatham or the surrounding area, your network is real, your reputation is local, and people trust you
You sell through relationships, not pressure. Clients buy from you because of who you are, not just what you're selling
You are competitive, but customer-first - you want to win, and you know the best way to do that is to make sure your client wins first
You manage your territory with intention: organized, proactive, and consistent; not reactive
You're comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a bonus) and communicate clearly in writing and in person
A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle are required
