Creative Circle is seeking a UX Researcher for a Financial Services client in Downtown Toronto. This contract runs 12+ months, 40 hours per week, onsite 4 days a week.
You will define research strategy, create test plans, lead execution and synthesize insights to inform design choices with stakeholders.
Requirements include 4+ years of UX research in financial services or regulated industries, robust qualitative and quantitative methods, and experience with data visualization tools.
